Hello, everyone and welcome to today's podcast. And we've decided we'd like to talk about soulmates soul groups and soul lessons. Quite a big subject. There's a lot of different views about it, a lot talked about it. And I think also sometimes a lot is misunderstood about it. So we'd like today to just chat on how we feel about this subject soulmates, soul groups and soul lessons, and hopefully our guides will step in and Well during the course of this podcast, and give us a view of how they see it and how they're bringing it to us today as well,

yeah, I definitely can feel my guide has definitelystepped in on this subject. It is fascinating. And like you say there are so many different varied opinions on soulmates soul groups soul lessons.But really our soul is our own. It's our journey. It's It's how we feel, how we want to progress, whether we want to learn the lessons or not, or keep repeating, repeating repeating. So is interesting we might have the similar kind of people continuously coming into our life. Why do I keep getting this? Why do I keep getting the same same thing people could be taking advantage people could be abusing you people could be not trustworthy. There's just a whole rife, isn't there? All sorts of people that come into our lives for a reason soul mate, soul group For our journey for us to evolve for us to become the full person that we're down here on this earth plane to learn in order to go back to spirit and go right, thank you very much. I've ticked those boxes. I've done that. I've learned that. So yeah, it's really interesting. It's something we could probably talk about. over and over and over, isn't it? Really?

Yeah. So I think first of all, to discuss what we interpret and view as a soul mate. And I think generically most people understand a soulmate to be a lover or somebody that comes into your life in that romantic capacity. But as I've evolved in, the more I've learned, the more I have listened to spirit connecting with spirit, the more I've read, to my understanding a soulmate can be somebody who could be a parent, a sibling, a child, or a friend. And I think we have to understand that a soulmate, like Michelle said,comes into our life to teach us and help us with our soul lessons. And likewise, we are there to help them on their journey to fulfil their souls lessons of this lifetime.And it's a beautiful opportunity always for growth, for spiritual growth and for us to progress further along that pathway. And as much as that term pathway is used a lot and we banded around and probably think, Oh, God, there they go pathways again, journeys again, but but it is I can't think of a better way to describe it really,

it is. But it's also you can have people that come into your lives, continuously for you to absolutely know what you don't want, what you don't want. So somebody can come into your life that can feel like a soulmate that can feel like someone that's coming in to teach you, but actually what they're teaching you is what you don't want. So people that can take you down the wrong road, people that don't have your best interests at heart, etc, etc, etc.So that's also another really good lessons, lessons come in all different shapes, sizes, feelings, emotions, experiences, past experiences and future experiences. So for soulmates to come in, in a negative way, I don't know how you feel about that loo.

Well, I think it's quite interesting, really, because how do we know on a soul group level that they haven't come in, and it's not a negative in the grand scheme of things they've come in to teach us the lesson that appears fundamentally to be negative, but actually, on a deeper level, it's a positive, it's for us to perhaps move and walk a slightly different pathway. Perhaps it's the agreement we had with that soul mate in our soul group that they would come back and behave in a certain way that appears painful and hurtful, but actually, they're doing us the most huge favour because we're either looking at a situation differently. We're either looking at it to progress or we're looking at it too.To move forward and to take the path that perhaps we weren't going to before. So actually, they've done us the most amazing service by behaving in such a way.

Michelle Morley : 5:10

Yeah, there is definitely that and and when you've learned your lesson and somebody comes in and it's a similar pattern, a similar thing you've seen before, on your journey or this, this journey, this this life planes journey. You can recognise that and just simply say, right, no, I've done that I've moved on, isn't it, it's sort of box ticked. Thank you very much. And then someone else will come into your life that will be there to enhance as well enhanced learn progress, be by your side, grow together, grow, whether it be spiritually emotionally, whether it be work children, family, siblings, whatever it may be, to come in and walk the pathway with you to push you encourage you for as long as you need them or they need you and then again, a divide comes in again as a great thing, isn't there? Friends for how does that go Mike Okay,

so it's friends come into your life for a reason. They come in for a reason, a season or a lifetime, a lifetime. And I think we can put a lot of people into boxes. So soulmates absolutely soulmates and soul groups. But also, you know, lessons aren't always negative. They aren't always painful, you know, people may come into our life so that we experience love and joy and friendship and commitment. And so those lessons perhaps, or something that also needed to learn in this lifetime as well. So it's really fascinating. And it's just having that greater understanding and just looking at things slightly differently. And I think with every experience, it's like a layer falls away and we grow spiritually. And we see things in a very different light and we have a deeper understanding of ourselves of our journey, our soap also to look at others because they're also on a souls journey. And it's fascinating to see the dynamics of how everybody interacts with each other, and the results that it has. And if only we, we were able now to see forward and see when we go back to the world of spirit. And I mean, I don't know whether we get in a meeting or like, Oh, hi, you were in my soul group in your in my soul group. Gosh, you caused me so much grief. And they might say, Yeah, but that was my purpose in life. We agreed that before we came, but we just didn't remember.

And and, and somebody said to me not so long ago, another wonderful spiritual worker, said that the people that love us the most are the ones that come down to hurt us the most, because they love us the most. They're the ones that are prepared to do the job. Exactly. So that puts a different spin on all sorts of situations relationships, and yeah, and past and present. And then there's also well, ours are well, our soulmates, but like we've already said, we've covered that and then our soul groups as well. Our groups, our families, they are definitely our soul groups. And all of us coming together and learning lessons their mum, dad, sisters, children. I know when I had Daniel, this is so strange. I looked at him when I could hold him. And I just looked him he said, I've met you before. Yeah, it's amazing. I know you. I absolutely know you're exactly how I knew you. Look, you're exactly how I knew you'd feel. And there is that unbelievably special, deeper connection there not just with not because it's children or their justice. I just know that. He has been here before we have been through life before and it's it's like when we have done past life regression as well. Me you and our other sister, simone we've all gone back done regressions and stuff.This one is witches around a coal drum. Yeah, all of us there before so our soul groups have, we've had many lifetime experiences together. But here we are. Here we are again. Here we go again. So what is it we need to learn to evolve more when we go up to spirit. So then there is the different planes of spirit. You know, they say there's seven levels there were Buddha and Gandhi and god are on the seventh level of enlightenment, that we are all trying to evolve, to get to that to be there to learn our lessons for us to grow, for ourselves to grow and for us to grow, spiritually, mm to be in that place of enlightenment, really, and what it is that we need to learn so our soul groups that are around us along with our soulmates are all along here with us, for us to keep growing and growing and growing our soul and growing our consciousness as well

I think it's interesting to remember or feel or experience when we do meet a soul, mate. It's that like you just said with Daniel, it's that instant knowing it's something so much deeper than that initial either attraction or just liking somebody having an affinity with them. It's like you say, it's, I know you, I know everything about you, I need to be near you, and I need your energy to interact with my energy. I think that's absolutely a clear sign of a soulmate. And it's also not letting people go, you know, there's so many stories you hear of people that have been abused or affected or negatively, had had negative experiences with people, but they keep going back. They cannot let them go. And I wonder if that's a soul mate connection for whatever reason, on whatever level, but I think that would help so much in understanding of why people just can't leave people sometimes

Michelle Morley : 11:03

Yep, the connection. And that is also when you meet your soulmate or soul groups or you're in your soul, soul soulmate relationship. It's like that unknowing, energetic connection, that that connection, that soul connection, you can just feel it, you can't see it. It's not tangible, but it is most certainly there. It's a magnetic pull and magnetic force, where the two souls meet together and there is that huge connection, whether it just be for a year, six weeks, two years or a lifetime. soulmates are absolutely there for our lessons and growth dont you've agree.

i do agree completely. Absolutely. So I think it's a fascinating subject. And something that we can all look into a whole lot more and go into a much deeper level in

Michelle Morley : 11:52

and then there's twin flame as well. So that's another subject Yeah, with where it's, it's It's said to be that the twin flame is the same soul that's been split that's been parted in two separate bodies. I mean that's I don't know what you think about that louise.

Louise Hedges : 12:08

kind of thing that's more like a soul group and a soul mate I I just think it's a different word for it myself. I know that there is a lot of people out there that do a lot of twin flame work and you know, have different beliefs to me, but that it sits well with me that I see as soulmates or soul groups. But that's not necessarily to say that I'm correct. It's just how it sits and resonates with me.

But then if we go up into the universe, and we go up into that love connection and raise up, we're all connected. Whether it's a soulmate soul group, twin flame, each and every single person in this world on this on this planet. We're all connected anyway, we're we're all connected by by love by soul by all of us raising our vibrations working and coming together for the best for each of us. It's it's, it's great. Really,

yeah, we certainly have that divine connection, that spark that can world spirit.everything's connected. But I think the soul mate is just a deeper, more intense energy.

Michelle Morley : 13:08

And when you come to the end of a relationship sometimes with a with a soulmate, it's it can either be one where it just parts beautifully and it's just a cable you just fade out and you don't ring you don't text, you don't see each other. It just comes to its own natural absolutely death if you like it comes to the end of the road, you've learned everything you've needed to learn from that soulmate. And vice versa, you know, it's a give and take relationship, you fulfilled the contract if you fulfilled your purpose, definitely. And then it can come into where it's more of a traumatic break, whether it be a marriage or sibling, or, or a friend, where it's just way, way, way more dramatic, where it can escalate into some nasty words or nasty things are said. And then again, you have to step back and look at that breakup that what's going on now? What do I need to learn here? How could I have handled this differently? How should have I've seen this differently? Do I just need to step back? Give it some time? Is this journey finished? How do I feel about it? does it serve my sole purpose anymore? For my higher good for this person to be in my life? Is it time to cut the contract? Is it time to cut the ties because I've learned everything I can from this person from when it becomes to an overwhelming negative from where there was some positivity. There has to be time there for you to reflect and just say okay, there is there is nothing here for me anymore. All it's now doing is damaging me. damaging my soul damaging myself.

Louise Hedges : 14:51

Yeah, I would absolutely agree with you there, Michelle. But I also think now we need to have a look at perhaps soul lessons and how they keep coming up in our lives and a lot of us acknowledge that the same thing keeps happening or we're attracted to the same type of person. Or we bring the same friend into our group, or we just don't see things that are being presented to us clearly time and time and time again. And we just see it as bad luck,

Michelle Morley : 15:17

or is it just No, I haven't made that change. Yes, actually. Yeah, okay. I keep like we were saying at the beginning, the same stuff keeps happening. Yeah, I keep getting the same boyfriend. I kept getting the same friends or the same job where people just take advantage of me, you know, is that is that you just need to do some inner soul work. Listen to you. Listen to your own soul. Listen to how you feel, where you want to go and have the strength and standing in your own truth is the most powerful thing standing in the truth as to who you are, what your soul where your soul wants to take you. And okay, I've learned my lesson. And I'm going to take a different route and see what the outcome comments there.

Louise Hedges : 16:00

And I wonder if sometimes if we're just not getting that lesson whether they then go right let's bring the big guns in. So someone huge comes into your life and you get that lesson with both barrels like they have just fired a cannon right into your solar plexus. Yeah. And then you have to acknowledge it, you have to look at yourself and you have to look at this behaviour, this behaviour pattern, and positive or negative. And that's perhaps when the most intense soulmate from your soul group steps forward into your life in a positive or negative manner. Indeed, I mean, it can come across positively or negatively, but ultimately it will be a positive because of our souls growth.

Michelle Morley : 16:40

And isn't it interesting? Sometimes when we are in need, or on huge waves of change or going through difficult times, an old friend will pop up and just say hi, you just came into my head I thought I'd just give you a call and and just check in and see how you are and and there you go back again comes a soulmate from maybe 20 years ago. And it's exactly what you need for you to get through where you are at the moment to take you on and to progress you and to further you on your soul lesson. And then maybe they'll just be in your life for three months. And also the same vice versa, where you do the same thing just Oh, hi, I thought oh my goodness, I can't believe you've rang me right believe what's been going on? I've so needed this. Thank you so much. Thank you for just that one. conversation can be enough for you to sort out in your energetic field, your mental, emotional, spiritual way of thinking, feeling and being for those profound words from someone we've known back in our life to come into our life, to help us to progress, give us the confidence and to move forward.

Louise Hedges : 17:52

And sometimes they just remind us about things that had happened 20 odd years ago, that we had forgotten that they'll say well Michelle Oh, Louise. That's always been the case. That's always been how you've reacted or how people have treated you. Yeah. And it makes you remember and think and go. Yeah. Ah, oh, yeah. forgot that. Yeah. Right. Thank you for that lifter lesson. Yes, yes, yes.

Michelle Morley : 18:15

Yes, you Yes. And so let's, let's take a look and, and it's sometimes it's just nice and it's vital to go into a little bit of hibernation to go into yourself to go into some deep thinking, whether it be writing or healing or whatever it is that you need to go into that deeper connection of yourself to have the power and the strength for you to say, right, okay, okay. I'm not doing this anymore.

Well, yeah, I am. I am. It's Wonderful when you feel that change coming in and you feel you're taking a different direction and you feel Oh yeah. Okay, great, you know, thank you for that lesson. I've got my mojo back and I am good to go again now thank you until boom, incomes the next year.

and to yourself for what you said to them to them and to to other people. And you know, we feel we're too much of a giver. If we're too empathetic and we just give give, give give to the point where it doesn't feel right anymore It annoys you or irritates you or upsets you feel drained and tired and guess bought. You don't need to do it anymore. You've you learned the lesson. It's gone too far it succeeded. You're exhausted of that emotion. And that feeling and being that person it's time to take a look. And I think a lot of people think being spiritualist or being a spiritual person, the way we work is that's what it's all about. But priority is your Putting yourself first your self beliefs, your honesty, standing in your power, your strength, and when you're kind and loving to yourself, so you can then go on and be kind and loving to others, but not to a huge detriment to yourself because then you really are no good to anybody.

Louise Hedges : 20:18

Yeah. And you're not fulfilling your own life's purpose. And of course, purpose of our lives is to be happy. Love ourselves to love each other. Yes. To love the planet. Yes. And to evolve.

Michelle Morley : 20:31

Yeah. Amazing. Isn't it Really?

Louise Hedges : 20:34

complicated. doesn't seem fair. It's hard to swallow. Sometimes it's hard to accept these words. It's hard to even want to take on board some of the things that we've been talking about in this podcast today. Yeah, but I think again, bitterest pill to swallow is probably the one that's the most beneficial to us.

Michelle Morley : 20:55

Yep. And, and stepping out of our own ego and just sort of saying, okay, we're maybe that was really was all me it's time for me to have a good on a little chat at myself and self check yourself self check yourself a couple of times a week is really really important self check your behaviour self check how you're acting self check how you're reacting. And also take a look at your friends every now and then as well and just feel okay, It's time. It's time it's time for you for us to part waves it's time for us to you can't quite get a date together to see each other You can't quite get get get it in lined. It's it's the diaries never meet up. This never meets up and it's just okay. We'll just drop it for a couple of months and we'll pick back up again. And if they're meant to be there. They will be there. There's no such thing as coincidences, right. Yeah, yeah.

Louise Hedges : 21:44

Yeah. If they keep cancelling or rearranging those days. Yeah. Yeah, there may be like Michelle says, just step back for a little while. Yeah. What happens? Yeah, yeah.

Michelle Morley : 21:54

So um, yeah. So So take a look everybody, sit back, take a look at yourself. Take a look at your lessons. Take a look at your soulmates your soul groups, honestly see when you fit in with them or how you feel sat in that energy with these people. Take a look at who is actually serving your higher purpose and also who you are serving as well. And if you can answer honestly with your hand on your heart that actually Do you know what this feels good, it's I feel happy I feel in a good place is not making me feel sad, down. rejected, neglected, upset hurt, all the heavier energies, what I like to call them you know, fear, anxiety, hate, anger, guilt, all of all of these emotions. And if it just doesn't feel that you don't want to be there anymore, I'm just just I'm so done with it. Then take a look at where you can move on to where you can move forward to and then start looking for your other soulmate. So groups, there's so many amazing people out there that are lovely and there's no such thing as coincidences when someone comes into your life for the right time. So, but those vibrations out there, ask for it. Ask your guides, say I just need a new friend or I need some new soulmates or I need to learn some new lessons. I just need someone new to come into my life. So it happens, doesn't it? Lou?

Yes. And also don't forget to say thank you to those that are pushing you forward making you feel uncomfortable making you look at yourself differently, give thanks, because they are definitely there for a reason.

They really are. They really are. And pain is meant to be felt right. Because that's within it's less than the pain is there to learn to grow and to move on, to accept it to thank it and to move on. So it's it's a it's a huge subject. These are our feelings, our thoughts and also our experiences, our experiences with ourselves, our soul mates, our soul groups. And just how we've been and also our guides also telling us and showing us exactly what's what really

perfect sitting in meditation asking you're going into that inner space that quiet and just ask your guides to just help you understand to bring forward to people that are there for you for a good reason.
